Performance and characteristics
1. The continuous rotary preform feeding system is tightly integrated with the machine, effectively reducing the machine's footprint. The preforms do not flip, ensuring a simple structure.
2. The continuous heating system has a heating pitch of 38mm between preforms, effectively utilizing the heating space of the lamps, improving heating efficiency and energy-saving performance (energy consumption can be reduced by up to 50%).
3. The constant temperature heating box ensures that the surface and internal temperature of each preform are evenly heated. The heating box can be flipped for easy replacement and maintenance of the heating lamps.
4. The shifting mechanism is driven by a servo motor, with clamps fixed to a timing belt. A screw-type variable pitch system, controlled by a servo motor, ensures high-speed operation and precise positioning.
5. The blow molding station is driven by a servo motor with a mold opening and closing system linked to the bottom mold. The high-speed precision blowing valve group meets high production capacity requirements.
6. The bottle neck cooling system ensures that the bottle neck does not deform during preform heating and blow molding.
7. The air recovery system efficiently recycles high-pressure blow air, reducing air consumption and achieving better energy savings.
8. The machine has a high level of automation, with systems for preform temperature detection, blown bottle rejection, and inline bottle jam detection, ensuring efficient and stable production.
9. The human-machine interface control system is simple to operate.
10. Application range (PET): bottled water, carbonated drinks, medium-temperature filled beverage bottles, milk bottles, edible oil bottles, various food containers, and daily chemical bottles.
