Overview
Beverage mixer/carbonated beverage mixer is used to produce all carbonated beverages. Also known as equal ratio mixer It mixes water, syrup, and carbon dioxide in proportions. It can be used to produce lemonade, Coca-Cola, etc. Suitable for medium and high standard beverage production.
Products Structure and Working Procedure
(1) CO2 tank, syrup tank, liquid level device, static mixing device, tank, electrical controlling system, air providing tank, and necessary producing pipe and cleaning pipe including ball valve, magnetism valve, check valve are composed this machine. (See photo 1: main structure)
(2) Main working Procedure
a. Cooling water→multi-grade pump→oxygenating CO2→volume control
b. Cooling syrup→multi-grade pump→syrup tank→volume control
(a and b → multi-grade pump→static mixing device→
c. CO2 air resource→filter and pressure reducing→ tank→filling machine
